Hello. My name is Tina Schroeder, and if you're reading this you're probably interested in the ever-evolving world of Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and my part in it.

In 2009 I was lucky enough to begin my journey as an IPM Scout at a prestigious, high-tech greenhouse in Southern Ontario. Over the following 9 years at this company, I worked and learned hard, achieving the position of IPM Manager. Later on, I broadened my scope to learn IPM in a variety of crops. In pursuit of knowledge, I spent a year as an IPM Advisor at a bio-supply company, working with Growers all over Ontario, and then 3 more years as an IPM Manager at a large indoor cannabis farm.

Which brings me to where I am today, helping Growers and Scouts 

wherever I can. Whether it's training new Scouts in-house at their farms, building tools to aid their scouting programs, remote assistance, helping out with identifying insects and plant diseases, or in a more general IPM consulting role, I apply my 13+ years of experience in the field to help Growers achieve the very best crops possible.
